Senior Cricket at Sedgwick CC
All three of Sedgwick’s senior teams play in the ICS Accounting Westmorland Cricket League and for the 2026 season will be competing in the following divisions:
Sedgwick CC 1st XI – Division 1
Sedgwick CC 2nd XI – Division 2
Sedgwick CC 3rd XI – Division 5
In addition to League fixtures, our teams also compete in a number of T20, Hundred-format matches during each season, along with the National Village Cricket Cup. These fixtures are typically played on midweek evenings, and occasional Sundays.
1st XI and 2nd XI fixtures primarily take place on a Saturday, with 3rd XI fixtures played on Sundays.
Senior Training
During the playing season, training is at Sedgwick CC on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6pm onwards. Tuesday evenings is predominantly 1st XI and 2nd XI, with Thursdays being mainly 3rd XI and U16 players, although all senior players are welcome to both sessions.
New players and those returning to playing cricket are always welcome.
During the winter months, indoor training commences mid-November at Dallam School Sports Centre and runs weekly until early April.
